DDA, i.e., the Delhi Development Authority, invites applications for 2,516 low-income group (LIG) flats in Narela on the occasion of Dussehra. The housing units are available from Rs. 14.95 lakhs, with a flat 25% discount.
The applications can be submitted from Monday, 19th October, 2026, at 12 noon. The flats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. The booking and registration for the same must be processed online.
The Awas Nivesh Yojna 2026 has commenced under the guidance of Delhi Lieutenant Governor Sardar Taranjit Singh Sandhu and aims to expand affordable housing in the national capital, DDA press release said.
How to Apply for DDA Narela Housing Scheme 2026
- The application is already open for the scheme. The applicants can register and book a flat via the DDA Awaas portal at https://eservices.dda.org.in/.
- The booking amount is Rs. 1 lakh per flat. The applicant is also required to pay a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2,500 on the portal.
- Those already registered with the DDA Awaas portal are not required to register again, the press release said.
- The scheme brochure with Terms and Conditions is available on the DDA website. Applicants are advised to read the brochure thoroughly before booking a flat.
- For any assistance, applicants can dial the DDA toll-free helpline at 1800 110 332.
MHADA, Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, invites applications for 4,462 affordable homes for sale via a computerized lottery system. These units range from Rs. 11 lakhs to Rs. 64 lakhs in Pune.
They are mainly located in Pimpri-Chinchwad and Pune Municipal Corporation limits. Several apartments for sale are in Manjari Khurd, Mahalunge, Bhugaon, Dhanori, Warje, Katraj, Pashan, Kharadi, Baner, Dhayari, Lohegaon, Bibewadi, Mundhwa, Undri, Wadgaon, Bavdhan and Kondhwa Khurd.
Visit https://www.mhada.gov.in/en/pune to submit the application by 15th September 2026, 11:59 PM. Applicants can submit the Earnest Money Deposit online by the same date and time. Those preferring RTGS/NEFT can visit the nearest bank to submit the same on 16th September 2026.
The final list of accepted applicants will be published on 29th September 2026 on the MHADA website. The lottery draw will be carried out at 11 AM on 13th October 2026.
Pune Housing Board, a part of MHADA (Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority), invites applications for 295 apartments located in the Pune Municipal Corporation and Pimpri-Chinchwad Region.
The FCFS scheme i.e., First Come, First Serve basis includes 1RK, 1BHK, and 2BHK flats in Chikhali, Tathawade, Wakad, Lohgaon, Mundhwa, Yeolewadi, Wagholi, Kiwale, Fursungi, Dudulgaon, Pisoli, Balewadi, and Hadapsar.
