Pune Housing Board, a part of MHADA (Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority), invites applications for 295 apartments located in the Pune Municipal Corporation and Pimpri-Chinchwad Region.
The FCFS scheme i.e., First Come, First Serve basis includes 1RK, 1BHK, and 2BHK flats in Chikhali, Tathawade, Wakad, Lohgaon, Mundhwa, Yeolewadi, Wagholi, Kiwale, Fursungi, Dudulgaon, Pisoli, Balewadi, and Hadapsar.

MHADA, the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, aims to develop affordable properties for State citizens. The Authority observes the functioning of seven bodies, including Mumbai, Pune, Konkan, Nashik, Aurangabad, Amravati, and Nagpur housing boards. Any person residing in the State for over 15 years with verified documents can apply under the MHADA Housing Scheme.

YEIDA, i.e., Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, invites applications for plots. Under the scheme, the applicant/co-applicant must attain 18 years at the time of application submission.
The Authority holds the right to cancel allotment and forfeit the submitted application money in case the applicant his/her spouse is found to have obtained plots under the same scheme.
The last date to apply is 06th May 2026, and the allotment draw is scheduled for 18th June 2026.
